 We didn’t set out to build a company. We set out to solve a problem.
As three business professionals navigating the rapid rise of AI, we kept seeing the same pattern: endless potential, scattered resources, and too many people feeling lost.  
We believed AI could be for everyone, especially for the doers in business: the HR leaders streamlining hiring, the marketers crafting smarter campaigns, the ops pros rebuilding workflows from the ground up. We believed that the people closest to the work were the ones best positioned to shape the future of it.
So we teamed up and built AI Monster, a peer-powered Center of Excellence and marketplace built by real business professionals using AI in meaningful, practical ways. Not theory. Not hype. Just real-world business practices that are shared to create value for individual careers and shareholders.

We found our first Monster Value Practitioners (MVPs), brilliant minds already using AI to automate, innovate, and elevate their work. We gave them a platform to share what they’d learned, to collaborate with others, and to earn recognition (and revenue) for the value they were creating.
Then we built Communities of Practice for each job function and invited business professionals to engage with their peers and share best practices.
What began as a scrappy experiment quickly became a movement.
Soon, AI Monster will be where the business side of AI comes to life:

-A marketplace of digital resources and peer-driven services on speed dial.  

-A growing ecosystem of professionals committed to learning, teaching, and leading together.
